We have been crowned ‘Best Vets in Essex’ for the second year running, and the third best vets in the country! 
 
At a virtual Awards Ceremony attended by hundreds of veterinary professionals, we scooped the prize after achieving the most top-rated client reviews over the past 12 months in this category. We were also voted in the Top 25 in the UK, which lead to the Bronze Award for the Best Vets in the Country.  Over half of the UK’s vets get involved in these Awards, so we were excited to win this again year.
 
Over the last year, the veterinary experts running the awards, VetHelpDirect.com, have been analysing reviews left on UK vet practice websites, selecting practices with the most four and five star reviews. With over 15,500 reviews, UK vet practices have battled for Best Vet in County, Best Start Up, Best Mobile, Best Small Animal, Best Equine plus vied for a spot in the top 25.  
 
Our Awards reflect our dedication to a high standard of client and veterinary care, with numerous four and five star reviews. Comments left by our clients included:

 "We want to thank all or clients who took the time to leave us their reviews.  We have been serving our local community since 1966 and 'treating your pets as our own' has remained the focus of the veterinary care we provide.  And as the only independent practice in the Braintree area, it's important for us to retain a high level of veterinary and client care.  We take pride in our practice and the staff we employ, who really make who we are and it's heart warming to read all these reviews both for us and in particular all our staff who work incredibly hard - especially through the last two years during the pandemic.    
 
 We also focus on improving the services available here at Millennium.  This has included the recent installation of a 16-slice CT Scanner, to the provision of an inhouse bereavement support service. Plans are in place to redesign our cat ward, with a number of other projects in the pipeline.
