Registered Veterinary Nurse
Nursing Experience: I started working at the practice as a nursing assistant in September 2014 while completing my Diploma in Animal Management at Writtle College. I started my veterinary nurse training in September 2015 and qualified in April 2018.

Interests: I work in all aspects of nursing including working in wards, theatre, lab, pharmacy and reception. I have a particular love for working with exotic species (especially rats!) and wildlife and aim to complete my certificate in nursing of exotic species.

Activities: At home I have five cats, Sooty and Misty, who I’ve had since kittens, Mew, who I hand reared at the beginning of my training, Arthur, who I rehomed from the practice after he came in as a stray and no one came forward for him, and Saphy who I also rehomed from the practice! I also have six rats, Dexter, Dumble, Siri, Biscuit, Bramble and Ben. I am a member of the National Fancy Rat Society and regularly show my boys in the East of England shows. I also have a love for greyhounds, I regularly attend greyhound walks with my friend and her greyhound, and would like to start volunteering at greyhound rescues, in hope that one day I will have my own! I have a keen interest in cars, including my own as a show project and motorsport, my favourite being touring cars and truck racing.
