We are always looking to improve our practice and are very conscious that a busy practice means a very busy telephone, reception and waiting room! 

We hope you will feel the benefits of taking your incoming calls away from our reception desk to a quiet room, will be a positive one.   Trying to have a telephone conversation while the waiting room is noisy is not easy and we wanted to improve this.

This has been running for a month now and we have seen a significant reduction in the amount of time it takes to queue at the reception desk.  Receptionist Jean Mosley commented "We have benefited from this new system already and can give each client more of our time.   We have never had an automated answering service, even out of hours and its important that our client can talk to us when they want to, without being put on hold.  Its a win-win situation!'

This has allowed us to give a more personal service to our clients both visiting us or on the phone.

So the next time you call you will be speaking to one of our reception team upstairs, not downstairs!
