Opening Times
  • Tuesday 9am - 1pm
  • Thursday 9am - 1pm
  • Thursday 4:30pm - 7:30pm

Our Coggeshall is open again, as a reduced service.  This will steadily increase as the weeks go on, with the intention of returning to our original opening hours pre-covid.

As a helpful reminder this is what to expect at our branch and further advice:

  • Please come straight into our waiting room on arrival.  If our waiting room becomes busy we may ask you to wait outside / in your car temporarily.
  • We continue to operate an appointment system, but if you need to pop in for anything then please do so.  Appointments can be made online (click here), please follow the guidance then scroll to the bottom of the page to log in.  This facility is for existing clients only.  You can also book by chatting to a member of our reception team through our online web chat or of course you can ring us
  • New clients are welcome.  If completed online we require 2 working days to complete your registration, please follow this link click here
  • At present all visitors are kindly asked to wear masks while in the building.
  • We can not guarantee we will have the products and medicines your pet might need, in stock, but please ask.
  • All repeat prescription and food must be ordered in advance and collected from Braintree unless delivery to our Coggeshall branch has been requested.  To place an order, please do so via our online ordering page (click here).  Further information on how to order is on this page and at the bottom our ordering form.  2 working days is still required for all orders
  • Card payments are preferred wherever possible
  • Appointments book up fast - if you are unable to attend your appointment we would appreciate you letting us know so we can free up the appointment for another patient and of course we can reschedule your appointment at the same time

  • Under our MVP Care Plan, first visit vaccinations, booster vaccinations and the mid-term 6 month health examination, can be booked with our vet at Coggeshall. For all routine MVP Care Plan needs, such as weigh-ins and nail clips, please book an appointment with one of our nurses at Braintree.
  • Our Coggeshall branch does not have the additional staff to help pets with extra handling needs. If your pet usually requires a double appointment and/or extra help during their examination we ask that you book your appointment at our Braintree practice.
  • If your pet needs a blood sample, please book your appointment at Braintree
  • For end of life appointments, please book your appointment at Braintree.  House calls are dependant on staff availability, but please ask.
  • If your pet has regular treatment, e.g. allergy vaccinations, arthritis or specific antibiotics, WE NEED YOU TO SPECIFY THIS WHEN MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT to make sure the drug your pet needs is ready for you at our Coggeshall branch - we want to avoid you having a wasted journey, your time is valuable.
