If you have lost your pet please email us with the details we require below and we will post these on this page.
If you have found a pet you believe to be lost please also email us
Pets that have been lost or found will be entered below after you email us reception@millenniumvets.co.uk. We will leave posts on here for 6 months. By emailing us with the information below you are consenting to your details being left on our website for 12 months.
Please mark your email as 'Pet Lost or Found', attach a clear landscape photo of your pet (we can only post one photo) and complete the following details:

Pet's name if identifiable from the collar it is wearing:
Description of pet to include species/breed/colour/markings/description of the collar if wearing one and any other obvious features:
