Note
A full vaccination course is needed to reach the required immunity. Thereafter only an annual vaccination is required if kept up-to-date. This vaccination is included in the cost of your pet's MVP Care Plan.  There is a separate charge for any additional vaccination/s where overdue, this only applies to dogs and cats. **

** Our kitten or puppy add-on fees are applied to puppies or kittens joining our MVP Care Plan who have not started their vaccines with their breeder.  This will cover the full fees of their vaccination course.  All unvaccinated puppies and kittens require two vaccinations.

Please note:

  • You can choose to pay annually or via direct debit
  • If paying by direct debit, the first months payment is payable on set up and your first direct debit payment will start the following month at a date of your choosing
  • An additional £5.00 one-time set-up fee is taken with your first direct debit payment for administrative costs.  A set up fee applies for each individual pet
  • There are no set-up fees for each year thereafter or with the annual payment option.
  • Direct debit contracts renew automatically at the end of each 12 month term.  Annual plans need to be renewed each year direct with us
  • If you are signed up to the direct debit care plan you will be notified of any fee changes and how this applies to your existing plan/s.  All administration for your pet/s care plan is communicated through your email address.  Please notify us of any changes to your contact details
  • After setting up your direct debit you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and future payment schedule.  Payments are collected by Premier Vet Alliance Ltd.  At the bottom of the email you will find the following link https://premiervetalliance.com/pet-owner-terms-conditions/ giving terms and conditions and privacy policy in respect of the payment plan.  To view this, click here
  • If you choose to end your plan mid-term, you will not receive the discounts of the care plan.  The balance between the payments you have already made and products/services taken at current full listed price will be calculated.  Medication that has left our premises can not be resold, due to veterinary dispensing legislation therefore we are unable to refund unopened medication.  In many cases it will be more cost effective to continue your plan to the end of 12 month period
