Cat Friendly Clinic - MVP silver accreditation, now 12 years in a row!

We received confirmation today from International Cat Care we have been reaccredited as a silver status Cat Friendly Clinic. We are very proud that this is our 12th consecutive year!

We are celebrating today after hearing that we are now in our 12th consecutive year of being recogised as a Cat Friendly Clinic.

Cat Friendly Clinic is a worldwide programme from the International Society of Feline Medicine, the veterinary division of the charity International Cat Care, (click here: icatcare)

We recognise that because of their unique nature and needs, taking cats to visit the vets can be very stressful, both for cats and their owners.  This Cat Friendly Clinic programme is designed to help address these issues by creating a more cat friendly practice and so reducing the stress for our cat patients and making veterinary visits easier for their pet parents as well.

Led by Vet Elsje Probert and Senior Nurse Emma Mead, we are committed to the aims of a Cat Friendly Clinic and would encourage all cat owners to attend our dedicated consult sessions where possible - this allows us to provide a less stressful environment for our feline visitors.
