Emma Mead RVN

I have been nursing since 2008 and qualified in July 2011.   I completed my training in a practice in Saffron Walden where I worked for 9 years, before joining Millennium Veterinary Practice in January 2016.  I was promoted to Head of our Wards Department in 2017.  I gained the International Society of Feline Medicine feline nursing diploma, passing with merit in June 2018.

I have a particular interest in feline medicine and behaviour.  I would like to do further courses in the future to develop these interests. I would also love to work with the big cats in Africa and do some volunteering over there.

Outside of work I like to meet up with friends, go shopping and take care of my own pets: 6 cats (I am also known as the crazy cat lady!).
