Report Lost Pets

Pets that have been lost or found will be entered below after you email us reception@millenniumvets.co.uk.  We will leave posts on here for 6 months.  By emailing us with the information below you are consenting to your details being left on our website for 12 months.

Please mark your email as 'Pet Lost or Found', attach a clear landscape photo of your pet (we can only post one photo) and complete the following details:

Date pet lost or found:
The location where the pet was lost:
Pet's name if identifiable from the collar it is wearing:
Description of pet to include species/breed/colour/markings/description of the collar if wearing one and any other obvious features:

Your Contact Name:
Your Contact telephone number:

This page functions as a self-help page and we do not keep any further information about the pet.  If you have found a pet and you believe you have a match, please use the contact details given.
