Referral Process
To refer a patient, please contact us:
- Telephone: 01376 325511
- Email: headnurse@millenniumvets.co.uk
Alternatively, you can submit a referral via our patient referral form. If urgent care is required, please contact us directly by phone.
Referrals are accepted from Veterinary Surgeons only. All referral work takes place during weekdays, but ongoing nursing care, including overnight monitoring for hospitalised patients, is available 365 days a year.
Once your referral is received, our team will review your patient’s clinical history and discuss the best approach. We aim to combine consultations, investigations, and procedures where possible, to reduce travel and stress for the patient. Our team will also provide follow-up care instructions and guidance to support your patient after discharge.
