We had a great day at the annual Bradwell Village Dog Show. For such a small village there was a great variety of dog breeds amongst the 52 entries. Less commonly seen breeds such as a Spanish Water Dog (aptly named Vasco!); Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever (that was Tara!) and an Xoloitzcuintli - otherwise known as a Mexican Hairless Dog (called Reginald) were amongst the entries. Luckily the rain held off and we were able to judge the Best in Show class. The winner and runner up each took home an MVP doggy hamper full of goodies. Thank you to everyone who entered their dog or came to our table for a free health and weight check and to the event organiser Lesley Kinder who along with the rest of her crew put on a cracking village event.
