We are opening again!
Our Coggeshall branch is reopening on Tuesday 22nd February 2022. This will initially be every Tuesday, for one morning a week between 9am - 1pm. We will be working towards opening more as the branch gets busier and our staffing arrangements allow.
A heartfelt thank you
We sincerely thank all our Coggeshall clients for their patience over the last 2 years while we have faced the challenges of covid and a national shortage of both vets and nurses. It has always been our intension to reopen and we really look forward to welcoming you back.
What you need to know
- We will still be practicing social distancing - you will be asked to wait outside or in your car if our waiting room is occupied
- We operate an appointment system, but if you need to pop in for anything then please do so. Appointments can be made online (click here), please follow the guidance then scroll to the bottom of the page to log in. This facility is for existing clients only. You can also book by chatting to a member of our reception team through our online web chat or of course you can ring us
- New clients are welcome, but pre-registration is required before any appointment can be made. This is not an instant process and we require 2 working days to complete your registration. All registrations need to be completed online, please follow this link click here
- All visitors are kindly asked to wear masks while in the building
- If you are mask except or do not wish to wear a mask, we ask that you remain in your car and ring our branch direct line number on 01376 561667. We will come out to you to discuss your pets needs, take them into our consult room then return them back to you and discuss what we have done and what treatment is required
- We request that only one person accompanies their pet/s for their appointment. Children and cares can still accompany the adult
- We can not guarantee we will have the products and medicines your pet might need, in stock, but please ask.
- All repeat prescription and food must be ordered in advance and collected from Braintree unless delivery to our Coggeshall branch has been requested - please remember we will only be open for one morning a week initially. - Card payments are preferred wherever possible
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR PET HAS REGULAR TREATMENT, eg allergy vaccinations, arthritis or specific antibiotics, WE NEED YOU TO SPECIFY THIS WHEN MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT to make sure they drug your pet needs is ready for you at our Coggeshall branch.
Our staff at Coggeshall
For the first few weeks your pets consultations will be with Vet Aimee Nudds (click here). Aimee is an experienced vet with over 17 years in the business! She has additional higher level qualifications in veterinary medicine and has been registered as a Fear Free Practitioner since 2016.
Supporting her will be one of our most experienced Veterinary Receptionists, Jane Wood (click here). Jane started working here in 1999 when our practice was still in Braintree town centre and you might say she is part of our fixtures and fittings!

The same advice still stands for emergency treatment, (click here). As before covid times most emergencies will need our full facilities at Braintree and in many cases you will be advised to go direct to Millennium Way.
