The Guide Dogs are celebrating their life-changing work during and around Guide Dogs Week, which runs from 6 October to 14 October 2018. This special fundraising event marks the anniversary of their very first working guide dog which was trained in Wallasey, Merseyside. During October, Guide Dogs will be hosting hundreds of collections on high streets and within local stores across the UK and they need as many supporters as possible to join in the fun and help them change lives. By donating an hour of your time, you will have the chance to meet new people, learn more about our work and most importantly – have fun!
