Ashleigh qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse at The College of Animal Welfare, while working full-time in a small independent practice. Her dedication and hands-on experience during training gave her a strong foundation in all aspects of veterinary nursing.
Interests
As a newly qualified nurse, Ashleigh is still exploring the many rewarding areas within the profession. She enjoys the variety each day brings and takes pride in knowing she’s making a difference to both pets and their owners. Ashleigh has a particular interest in animal behaviour and body language—an area she believes plays a vital role in patient care and hopes to develop further.
Activities
At home, Ashleigh is kept on her toes by her two cats: Peanut and Puddle. Puddle, the latest addition, was brought into her previous practice as a stray—and with a face that cute, Ashleigh couldn’t resist giving her a forever home!
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending quality time with friends and family.
