Before joining the practice, she worked as the head kennel maid at a local boarding kennels – a role that sparked her lifelong passion for animal care from a young age.
She trained at Writtle College while working full-time and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) in 2013. Her commitment and leadership saw her promoted to Senior Nurse in 2016 and then to Head of General Nursing the following year.
Steph enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing but has a particular interest in behaviour and rehabilitation. She finds it especially rewarding to help anxious or stressed patients feel more relaxed and safe during their visits.
